Max's Sister is a contemporary San Antonio restaurant created around chef Andrew Weissman's return to a more formal style of cooking. The restaurant began with comfort-food influences before developing into an evening-focused dining room featuring dishes such as lobster risotto, sweetbreads, cheese boards, skate wing, venison, and a chef's tasting menu.
