Aaron Klein’s journey with Fish Grill began over 30 years ago, driven by a love for food and a need to support his young family. He had no formal culinary training, just a very Jewish passion for feeding people. Working long hours in some of L.A.’s busiest seafood spots, he learned the art of grilling fish through grit and hands-on experience.
